 The Kingdom of Mages is a fantasy romance series about a woman with a troubled past who defies all reason and strikes against one of the mages, a class of peoples with special powers who control the kingdom through the Mages Order. In a twist of luck, the mage who she attacks has been questioning the expectations of him as a mage, the order’s control of society, and his desire to help others. Together, the pair flees from the Order and into the realization that the truth of the world is a lot bigger, and more diverse, than they could have ever imagined.
